• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but please be aware that international shipping cost is higher than shipping within the US. International fans, feel free to use the contact form if you have any questions regarding shipping to your specific country.

• I bought a print/sticker, but I forgot to leave a note for a signing/message option. Is it too late to add one?

  It depends on how soon the order is processed and that month's shipment date. If the order has been packaged or shipped, it will not qualify for edits. Please use the Storenvy contact form ASAP to let me know what print message or signing option you would like added. Also, please be sure to include your order number, so I can verify your purchase.

• Do you offer refunds or replacements?

  I do not offer any refunds. However, if the damage in transit goes beyond normal wear and tear from handling (ex. it is bent in half or has a large rip) please reach out via the Storenvy contact form. Please include your order number as well as a photo for proof of the damage, and I will ship out a replacement.

  *Due to the high costs of re-shipping items, please note we are not responsible for very minor wear and tear such as slight creases or corner scuffs. Tiny imperfections are relatively common in the printing and shipping processes and merchandise with minor transit wear and tear will not qualify for replacements.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will be shipped in monthly batches, usually towards the end of the month. The next round of shipments will be sent mid-January. This does not include pre-orders. Any orders containing pre-order items will be shipped at a later date.

  Suirei Prints are now in stock and will be shipped early to mid-February!

• What's the handling fee?

  The handling fee is an automatic charge from Storenvy for using its platform.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
